EBP Managing Partner, appointed by the EPC contractor Siemens as Senior Engineering Manager, led the delivery of multiple large-scale CCGT and thermal power plants (320–2,400 MW) across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Malaysia, and Australia, strengthening national grid reliability.

In this role, the EBP Managing Partner led the electrical engineering scope across EPC and OEM interfaces, ensuring system integration, design compliance, equipment quality, and safe commissioning in accordance with international standards and utility requirements.

Services Provided:

  • Provided electrical engineering leadership and technical oversight for combined cycle and conventional thermal power projects.
  • Directed review and approval of electrical systems, including generators, transformers, HV switchyards, protection schemes and auxiliary networks.
  • Managed technical interfaces between EPC contractors, OEMs (including Alstom), utilities and site teams.
  • Oversaw manufacturing support, FAT, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Led energisation, synchronisation, load testing and performance validation processes.
  • Ensured compliance with client specifications, grid codes, international standards and safety requirements.
