EBP Managing Partner, appointed by Pöyry Switzerland as Owner's Engineer Project Manager, led the GCC Electricity Interconnection Program with a total investment exceeding US$500 million, one of the Middle East's most complex transmission and system-integration initiatives, connecting national power grids across the Gulf Cooperation Council through a resilient, real-time smart network.

Under his oversight leadership, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), Gulf Cooperation Council Interconnection Authority (GCCIA) executed a highly integrated program comprising thirteen EPC packages, multiple control centers, and dispersed substations and communications systems across four sovereign power systems, each with unique regulatory, operational, and technical requirements.

EBP Managing Partner provided project oversight during the execution phase of the project lifecycle, from construction through commissioning to operational handover.
